Hey Peepsos! We're going to start a new series, called school tips. You may probably already know these tips, or they may help you! If you noticed the title, the first one is going to be the morning and the night before.
Enjoy, and implement them!

1. BEEP!BEEP!BEEP!BEEP!
That's the sound of the
dreaded alarm clock. Yup, getting up (for me) is one of the hardest things
ever. But you have to, whether you sunny side up or a sloth. (They sleep most
of the day). But hey (that rhymes!) you don't want to be late for school! Some tips
to help you get up:
- Set like, half a dozen alarm clocks. Many phones
come with alarm settings, so use it! Set one after the other, in different
rooms, on the loudest volume as you possibly can. That way, you'll have to
get up to snooze them all, and by that time you'll be awake!
- If you can't set more than one, set the alarm so for
away you'll have to get up to snooze it, or hide it somewhere in your room
so you'll have to dig through something to get it..
- Use a human! Your older bro or sis, or mom or dad can
be the ones to push you out of bed. This is probably the best, because
humans are better than alarm clocks.
- EESS! What? It stands for eye, eye, sit, scratch. First,
when you're lying down, open one eye, just one eye, and keep it open for
20 seconds. Then open the other eye, and keep both open for 20 seconds.
Sit up, scratch your head (this apparently wakes your brain cells) and
ta-da! You're awake! The hardest part of this(for me) is keeping my eye(s)
open.
2. Get a spot
Huh? What's that s'posed
to mean? It means, find a spot to put your stuff for the next day.. Do you
share a bathroom or room with a sis or bro? If you do, reserve a spot to set
out your clothes for the next day, or put a box with your toothbrush/toothpaste
and lotion, hairbrush, etc. And even if you don't share a room, you still need
a spot to put your stuff where you get changed, shower, brush, grab your bag
where people know not to touch it.
3. Plan Ahead
WHY do I need to plan
ahead for the next day? Because I said so. No, just kidding. In the morning, it
makes things go a LOT quicker. No more searching for clothes, or wondering why
you didn't notice the toothpaste was over. Again, this goes hand in hand with
finding a special spot for your stuff: Put next days stuff in those spots, and
you'll be ready.
Believe me, I save about
15 minutes each morning because I'm not digging through messed up clothes
drawers for clothes, or running around looking for lotion.
The same goes for your
backpack. Set it up as soon as you finish your homework, and double and triple
check to make sure you finished it all.
That's it for today! We hope these were some good tips, and there'll be more coming soon!
Have a good night (or day)!
